Now that we calmed down our fear and anxiety, let's focus our energy to keeping our bodies healthy, and our minds refreshed.




1) For the FUN, LIGHT Dance workout: 30-Minute Cardio Latin Dance Workout

2) For INTENSE, CARDIO & CORE: Killer 30-Minute Cardio-Boxing and Core Workout


Intensity: High

Type: Cardio + Abs

Duration: 30min

3) For FULL BODY BURN: Do This Everyday To Lose Weight | 2 Weeks Shred Challenge


Intensity: High

Type: Cardio + Abs

Duration: 30min

Warm up and Cool down not included

Note: I usually do this video in combination with one other workout video by Chloe Ting for a total of 30min workout
